Sec. 4. (a) The PAS process shall be completed for each individual who has agreed to participate in the PAS program.
(b) The PAS process shall consist of the following:

(c) The PAS process must be completed prior to admission to a health facility, within twenty-five (25) days from the effective date of the PAS application, except in situations involving designee authorization for temporary admission to a health facility. However, for a nonresident, the PAS process must be completed and the findings reported within ten (10) days.
