Sec. 13. As used in this rule, "person" means an individual, partnership, copartnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society, holding company, trustee, school corporation, school city, school town, school district, any unit of government, or any other legal entity, its or their successors or assigns, or agents of the aforesaid.
