Sec. 30. As used in this rule, "contrast ratio" means the illumination inside the area three (3) mm from the edge of the light field (I1), divided by the illumination outside the area three (3) mm from the edge of the light field (I2). It is calculated using the following equation: Contrast ratio = I1/I2
