Sec. 1. Pursuant to the authority found in IC 13-1-2-9 [ IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L.1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.] providing for the granting, suspending, revoking, or amending general or specific licenses for radioactive materials and the registration of radiation sources. Nothing in 410 IAC 5 shall apply to any person to the extent such person is subject to regulation by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
