Sec. 33. "Therapy" means:

1. (1) physical therapy;
2. (2) occupational therapy;
3. (3) speech and hearing therapy;
4. (4) nursing; and
5. (5) other professional health care services;

provided by an approved provider and necessary to treat a child's eligible medical condition. The term includes applied behavioral analysis for the treatment of autism.
