Sec. 8. The qualified inspector shall:

1. (1) obtain from the analytical laboratory all reports and data required by:

   1. (A) Method 8270C; or
   2. (B) the equivalent method or practice used; and
2. (2) retain those reports as required by section 11 of this rule.
