Sec. 74. "Universal precautions" means an approach to infection control in which all human blood and other potentially infectious materials are treated as if known to be infectious for:

1. (1) HIV;
2. (2) HBV;
3. (3) HCV; and
4. (4) other bloodborne pathogens.
