Sec. 2. A new plant starting to operate after April 1 of any year shall pay the basic fee as prescribed in IC 15-18-2-20, additional fees as prescribed in IC 15-18-2-28(a). Additional fees shall also be submitted as prescribed in IC 15-18-2-23. A receiving station or other dairy processing plant starting to operate after April 1 of any year shall pay the basic fee as prescribed in IC 15-18-2-20, additional fees prescribed in IC 15-18-2-28(a), plus additional fees as prescribed in IC 15-18-2-23.
