Sec. 12. In order to obtain statistics on the purchase of milk and cream and its use, all plants shall be requested to furnish the creamery license division with the following information:

1. (1) The total amount of milk received from Indiana producers.
2. (2) The total amount of milk received from another plant or bargaining agent.
3. (3) The total amount of milk received from out-of-state.
4. (4) The total amount of milk sold to other plants.
5. (5) The total amount of milk separated and sold as cream.
6. (6) The total amount of milk used for manufacturing purposes.

All information shall be considered confidential and used only in compiling state dairy statistics.
