Sec. 11. For the purpose of enforcement of IC 15-5-13-9(9) [IC 15-5 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-19-7-29.], the director adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:

1. (1) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in 21 CFR 225.
2. (2) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A medicated articles as published in 21 CFR 226.
