Sec. 1.6. The following definitions apply throughout this article:

1. (1) "Abnormal milk" means milk that is visibly changed in color, odor, or texture.

2. (2) "Contaminated milk" means milk that is unsaleable or unfit for human consumption following treatment of the animal with either of the following:

   1. (A) Veterinary products that have withhold requirements that have not been met.
   2. (B) Drugs or insecticides not approved for use on dairy animals by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
3. (3) "Undesirable milk" means milk that, before milking the animal, is known to be unsuitable for human consumption.
