Sec. 18. Regulation No. 73-1 [345 IAC 3-4] shall hereby supersede and repeal in its entirety Regulation No. 59-1 as adopted and promulgated by the Indiana State Board of Animal Health. In the event any section, provision, part, or application of this Regulation [345 IAC 3-4] shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, it shall not in any manner affect any other section, provision, part, or application of this Regulation [345 IAC 3-4].
