Sec. 15. An individual may not occupy a ground blind unless the blind has at least one hundred forty-four (144) square inches of hunter orange visible on each side of the blind beginning one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise and ending one-half (1/2) hour after sunset when the hunter is required to wear hunter orange under IC 14-22-38-7 or 312 IAC 9-3-2.
