Sec. 13.3. "Reptile" means the following:

1. (1) A turtle, snake, lizard, amphisbaenian, crocodilian, tuatara, or other animal of the class Reptilia.
2. (2) The parts, eggs, or offspring of a species of the class Reptilia.
