Ind. Admin. Code tit. 312, r. 7-1-2 – Snowmobile trails; seasons and controls

Sec. 2. (a) A snowmobile trail is open only:

(1) from December 1 through March 31;
(2) if there are at least four (4) inches of snow on the ground; and
(3) if the trail is generally covered with snow.

(b) The department shall designate persons to determine whether the requirements of subsection (a) are satisfied. These persons shall cause the trails to be posted as either open or closed at each trailhead.
