Sec. 3. (a) The division shall:

1. (1) serve as the point of contact; and
2. (2) coordinate the administrative, professional, and technical functions of this article.

(b) Subject to IC 14-10-2-3 [IC 14-10-2-3 repealed by P.L. 92-2025 SECTION 16, effective July 1, 2025.], the division director shall issue any order appropriate to implementation of this article.
