Sec. 4. (a) This section establishes special boating restrictions on Prairie Creek Reservoir in Delaware County.

(b) A person must not operate a boat in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour.

(c) A person operating a motorboat must not tow a water ski, a water sled, an aquaplane, or a similar object north of a line extending westerly from the bridge over Huffman Creek on County Road 560 East (also known as Gates Road).

(d) Notwithstanding subsection (b), a person must not operate a boat at greater than idle speed in any of the following locations:

1. (1) In an area known as Campground Cove and more particularly described as an embayment located east from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 40° 08' 8.9" north and longitude 85° 17' 2.6" west; and extending southeasterly to a point described as latitude 40° 08' 1.7" north and longitude 85° 16' 57.8" west.
2. (2) In an area known as Sailboat Cove and more particularly described as an embayment located east from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 40° 07' 10.5" north and longitude 85° 16' 58.1" west; and extending southerly to a point described as latitude 40° 07' 6.1" north and longitude 85° 16' 59.2" west.
