Sec. 7. In addition to the injection fluid analysis required under section 1 of this rule, an owner or operator shall submit a standard laboratory analysis of a representative sample of the fluid being injected into the Class II well:

1. (1) when a change in source or nature of the injection fluid occurs; or
2. (2) upon request by the division of reclamation.
