Sec. 5. "District" means a significant concentration, linkage, or continuity of sites, buildings, structures, or objects united historically or aesthetically by plan or physical development as determined under the National Register Bulletin "How to Apply the National Register Criteria for Evaluation" (NRB 15, as revised for Internet, 2002).
