Sec. 3. (a) A person must obtain a dealer's license from the division under IC 14-24-7-1 before selling or soliciting an order for nursery stock or otherwise conducting the business of a dealer.

(b) In addition to the license application requirements contained in IC 14-24-7-2(a), an applicant with a principal place of business outside Indiana must include with the application a current listing of certified nurseries prepared by the originating state to establish the person is an authorized dealer in that state.
