Sec. 30. (a) "Wild animal", except as provided in subsection (b), means an animal whose species usually:

1. (1) lives in the wild; or
2. (2) is not domesticated.

(b) For the purposes of IC 14-22-38-6, "wild animal" has the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-38-6.
