Sec. 9. (a) The board authorizes a RPSS to use a seal or stamp that follows the design and size shown as follows: 
The outside diameter must not be less than one and five-eighths (15/8) inches and not more than one and seven-eighths (17/8) inches.
(b) At the time of initial registration as a professional soil scientist, the board will issue a document that shows the design of the seal or stamp and authorizes a manufacturer or vendor to furnish a seal or stamp for the registered professional soil scientist. No seal or stamp is authorized for a RASS. If, subsequent to original registration, the RPSS needs a new seal or stamp, the board may issue another such document.
