Sec. 4. The board will produce a roster of the RSS that will contain, at a minimum, the following information for each RSS:

1. (1) Name.
2. (2) Business name, if any.
3. (3) Kind of registration (professional or associate).
4. (4) Registration number.
5. (5) Address.
6. (6) Phone number.

An electronic copy of the roster will be maintained on the Web site at the office of state chemist. It will be updated at least twice a year. A hard copy of the roster will be provided for a fee established in 307 IAC 1-4.
