Sec. 20. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that hair care services are culturally appropriate and comply with applicable regulatory requirements available to juveniles. Equipment used to provide hair care services shall be:

1. (1) inventoried;
2. (2) sanitized; and
3. (3) stored securely when not in use.

(b) Shaving equipment and supplies should be made available, as needed.
