Personal clothing sanitation

Sec. 17. Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that when juveniles are admitted, personal clothing shall be:

(1) properly cleaned and disinfected; or
(2) placed in a sealed container;

before storage or allowing the juvenile to keep and wear the clothing.
