Sec. 14. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that juveniles are issued clean bedding and linens, including the equivalent to the following:

1. (1) Two (2) sheets.
2. (2) One (1) pillow.
3. (3) One (1) pillowcase.
4. (4) One (1) mattress, not to exclude a mattress with an integrated pillow.
5. (5) Sufficient blankets to provide comfort under existing temperature controls.

(b) Clean linens are exchanged at least one (1) time per week, and towels are exchanged at least three (3) times per week.
