Sec. 56. Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that all new administrative and managerial staff receive forty (40) hours of new employee training appropriate to their assigned duties and responsibilities in addition to the orientation training during their first year of employment and forty (40) hours of annual in-service training each year thereafter.
