Sec. 52. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide for a facility training plan that is:

1. (1) an annual assessment that identifies current job-related training needs; and
2. (2) an evaluation of existing training programs.

(b) The facility training plan is developed, evaluated, and updated by a training advisory committee composed of:

1. (1) the facility's training coordinator; and
2. (2) representatives from other facility departments.

(c) Training is provided by individuals who are qualified in the specific subject area being presented or who use curriculum approved by a subject matter expert, or both.
