Sec. 43. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that sexual harassment and discrimination is prohibited.

(b) All staff are trained in:

1. (1) the specific process to be followed; and
2. (2) the designated staff to whom incidents of sexual harassment or discrimination should be reported.

(c) Training is documented and provided to:

1. (1) staff;
2. (2) contractors; and
3. (3) volunteers.
