Sec. 33. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that staff acknowledge they have reviewed the following:

1. (1) Policies and procedures.
2. (2) Facility work rules and regulations.
3. (3) Conditions of employment.
4. (4) A written code of ethics.

(b) These documents are made accessible and available to all staff.
