Sec. 27. (a) Written policy and procedure govern:

1. (1) requisition;
2. (2) purchase; and
3. (3) inventory control;

of property, supplies, and other assets.

(b) Inventories are conducted at time periods stipulated by applicable statutes, but at least every two (2) years.
