Sec. 13. Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that designated facility staff respond promptly, in compliance with privacy statutes, to requests for information about facility operations or specific juveniles from:

1. (1) federal, state, and local legislators and executives; and
2. (2) representatives of other components of the juvenile justice system.
