Sec. 18. As used in this rule, "refund" means the subsequent connector's fees, subsequent connector's revenue allowances, and revenue allowances from depositor-authorized connections of lots included in the original depositor's main extension agreement that must be paid by the utility to the original depositor for ten (10) years after the completion date of the main extension.
