Sec. 3. (a) The rules governing the classification of accounts for all major private gas utilities, not provided for in section 2 of this rule, operating within the state of Indiana as approved, prescribed, and promulgated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on February 12, 1985, are adopted by reference.

(b) Copies of the accounting and reporting requirements prescribed for major private gas utilities as approved, prescribed, and promulgated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission are available for purchase from the Division of Public Information, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE, Washington, D.C. 20426.
