Sec. 7. To eliminate nonviable alternatives, a utility shall perform an initial screening of the future resource alternatives listed in section 6(b) of this rule. The utility's screening process and the decision to reject or accept a resource alternative for further analysis must be fully explained and supported in the IRP. The screening analysis must be additionally summarized in a resource summary table.
