Sec. 1.1. (a) The rules and regulations governing the classification of accounts for all major private electric utilities operating within the state of Indiana, as approved, prescribed, and promulgated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on February 12, 1985, are adopted by reference.

(b) Copies of the Accounting and Reporting Requirements prescribed for major private electric utilities, as approved, prescribed, and promulgated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission are available for purchase from the Division of Public Information, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426.
