Sec. 2. A Michigan train shall consist of a truck-tractor, semi-trailer and trailer. Neither the semi-trailer nor the trailer shall exceed 28' 6" in length. The permissible number of axles of a Michigan train shall be a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of eleven (11).
