Sec. 19. LCVs shall be identified visually as follows:

1. (1) An identification number issued by the department or the authority shall be stenciled as follows:

   1. (A) In three (3) inch high block letters.
   2. (B) In a contrasting color to that of the truck-tractor.
   3. (C) On the left side of the vehicle.
   4. (D) In a location where it can be seen by the toll attendant in the booth.
2. The number shall identify the company as a permitted company to operate LCVs on the toll road.

3. (2) Permitted companies shall do the following:

   1. (A) Maintain current lists of all stenciled and active truck-tractors used in LCV operations on the toll road.
   2. (B) Provide these lists to the department or the authority upon request.
