Sec. 18. (a) LCVs may pass another vehicle traveling in the same direction only if the speed differential will allow the LCV to:

1. (1) complete the maneuver; and
2. (2) return to the normal driving lane;

within a distance of one (1) mile.

(b) LCVs shall not pass another vehicle traveling the same direction within one (1) mile of any travel plaza or interchange.
