Sec. 3. All approaches shall be divided into five (5) classes as follows:
| CLASS I. | Private Approach–Raised curb used. | |

| CLASS III. | Commercial Approach–Raised curb used. | |
| CLASS IV. | Commercial Approach–Flush shoulder only, no raised curb. | |
| CLASS V. | Field Approach–Either raised curb or flush shoulder. |
