1. (a) A record directly related to the use of interim license plates by a dealer must be:

   1. (1) made available to an investigating employee of the secretary:

      1. (A) upon demand; and
      2. (B) during reasonable business hours; and

   2. (2) provided:

      1. (A) at the established place of business of the dealer;
      2. (B) electronically; or
      3. (C) by mail.
2. (b) A dealer shall produce the records in the manner requested by the investigating employee of the secretary.
