Manufacturer or distributor coercing dealers to order
As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
It is an unfair practice for a manufacturer or distributor to coerce a dealer to order parts, accessories, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, or any other commodity from a person.
