If a person violates:

1. (1) IC 9-25-4 ;
2. (2) IC 9-25-5 ;
3. (3) section 2 or 3 of this chapter; or

4. (4) IC 9-25-10 (before its repeal);

   more than one (1) time within a three (3) year period, the person's driving privileges shall be suspended for one (1) year.
