1. (1) A valid operator's license with a for-hire endorsement.
2. (2) A valid commercial driver's license.
3. (3) A valid chauffeur's license issued under IC 9-24-4 (before its expiration).

4. (4) A valid public passenger chauffeur's license issued under IC 9-24-5 (before its expiration).
