Ind. Code § 9-24-2.5-7
If a manager or an employee transmits paper copies of registration applications by hand delivery under section 6(a)(1) of this chapter, the county voter registration office shall provide the manager or employee with a receipt for the forms. The receipt must state the date and time of delivery and the printed name and signature of the person who received the forms.
