Only one license or identification card at the same time; exception; violation

- (a) Except as provided in subsection (d), an individual may not hold or possess more than one (1) physical credential at a time.
(b) An individual may not hold or possess:
- (1) a physical credential; and
- (2) a driver's license or identification card issued by a government authority that issues driver's licenses and identification cards from another state, territory, federal district, commonwealth, or possession of the United States.
- (c) An individual shall destroy or surrender to the bureau any and all physical credentials that would cause the individual to violate subsection (a) or (b).
- (d) An individual may hold both a physical credential and a mobile credential issued under this article at the same time.
(e) An individual who violates this section commits a Class C infraction.
