Vehicle eligible to display Medal of Honor or prisoner of war license plate

A Medal of Honor or former prisoner of war license plate may only be:
- (1) assigned to; and
(2) displayed on;
a vehicle registered under IC 9-18 (before its expiration) or IC 9-18.1 .
