1. (a) The fees for an Indiana arts trust license plate are as follows:

   1. (1) An annual supplemental fee of fifteen dollars ($15) under IC 9-18.5-12-16 .
   2. (2) An annual fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) as provided in IC 9-18.5-12-14 (d)(2) or IC 9-18.5-12-15 (b).
2. (b) The annual fee referred to in subsection (a)(2) must be collected by the bureau and deposited in the Indiana arts commission trust fund established under IC 4-23-2.5-4 .

3. (c) The bureau shall distribute at least one (1) time each month the money from the Indiana arts commission trust fund collected under subsection (b).
