The fees collected under this chapter shall be distributed as follows:

1. (1) Twenty-five percent (25%) to the secretary of education to administer the school intervention and career counseling development program and fund under IC 20-20.5-7 .

2. (2) Seventy-five percent (75%) as provided under section 6 of this chapter.
