1. (a) The fees for an environmental license plate are as follows:

   1. (1) An annual supplemental fee of fifteen dollars ($15) under IC 9-18.5-12-16 .
   2. (2) An annual fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) as provided in IC 9-18.5-12-14 (d)(2) or IC 9-18.5-12-15 (b).

2. (b) The annual fee referred to in subsection (a)(2) shall be collected by the bureau and deposited with the treasurer of state in a special fund. The bureau shall distribute monthly the money in the special fund to the President Benjamin Harrison conservation trust fund established by IC 14-12-2-25 .
